About Us
IMPERIAL FRIEND emerged after bassist/vocalist Sherri Brady Carter and drummer/vocalist Heather Jones Lotti dissolved UDDER, the band they founded in Athens, Georgia, in the early 1990s and briefly reunited with in 2025.
​
During their reunion, they released an EP of three songs, with much acclaim from VICE magazine, and Maximum Rock n Roll among others.
​
Sherri and Heather have amassed an album's worth of soon-to-be-recorded hits that they hope to be releasing early next year.
​
IMPERIAL FRIEND's search for a guitarist is finally over! Marissa Jones has joined the band, and the trio will be performing live in November of '26, stay tuned for details.
